An exciting opportunity has arisen within a division of a global organization for an experienced HR Manager to join their team based in Christchurch.
The HR Manager is responsible for the provision of operational HR advice / support services & the implementation of strategy across the division.
The role will be based in Christchurch, but will involve frequent travel
This senior HR role reports to the HR Director and has 3 direct reports. The team is responsible for 500 employees.
You will be providing operational HR Management. Taking a lead on improving business performance by performance management, Resourcing, consulting on annual pay reviews, consulting with the TU's and managing all employee relations activities.
The ideal candidate will have CIPD or equivalent with generalist experience in a technical environment. Trade Union & people management experience is essential aswell as coaching mentoring and change management.
