My Public Sector client is looking for an Interim HR Change Consultant to join their strategic project team leading on an organisational wide transformation programme.
This is an interesting and exciting opportunity for a HR/Change professional who is looking to join an established project team where you will have input to the HR workstream for a transformation programme effecting a high volume of staff.
The successful candidate will be someone who has worked in a operational/strategic change capacity within a complex environment. You will also have a driven, commercial approach, togther with the ability to engage and gain the buy in of all stakeholders.
