Job Description
Our client is looking to appoint an Interim HR Advisor to support the business with all HR and policy matters, reporting in to the HR Manager. This is a broad, generalist role with an extensive remit including assisting managers in dealing with their staff recruitment, retention and welfare issues.
Working under the direction of the HR Manager you will be responsible for the company's HR, policy development and other tasks. The successful candidate should be flexible to adapt with any future organisational change, which may result in working within various sections/projects of the company .
• Immediately available
• Ideally CIPD qualified
• Strong proven background in a generalist role, including managing casework
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
• In person they will be a proactive and motivated self starter with a flexible and adaptable attitude
Public sectorclient based in Leicester
Various roles between £20 - £35,000 per annum
