Job Description
This role, working full time for my Business Services provider is to provide a comprehensive HR support service for a number of their key clients across the Leicestershire & Northampton areas. This is an extremely diverse role where you will consult with senior teams in small and medium size business and subsequently provide an appropriate HR solution for their needs.The interface with the client base could be anything for being the HR presence at their senior meetings through to delivery of businesses focussed HR activities. The Regional HR Consultant will cover Leicestershire and Northampton in the East Midlands. The group head office is in Leicestershire.
The successful Regional HR Consultant will:-
• have a solid generalist HR experience
• be comfortable dealing with all levels of an organisation and evidence of working with senior levels
• be a resourceful problem solver with proven successes in this area.
• have an up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation
• be an excellent communicator and have the ability to influence others
• be a great team player
