Job Description

Our client are going through a considerable period of change, and are under the process of restructuring the organisation. Currently they have a position for a HR Consultant on a 6 month fixed term contract. They are currently in the process of tendering for a multi-million pound contract and should this be renewed then it is highly likely the role will go permanent. Responsibilities include: TUPE Employee Relations - Disciplinaries - Grievances - Absence Management An excellent opportunity for a career focused HR professional with the above experience / exposure to join on a preliminary 6 month fixed term contract. £35,000 pro rata.
