Interim opportunity with a leading utility business. Based in Hampshire with occasional travel to London, this role is focused on the delivery of a change management project
Reporting to the HR Manager and working to tight timeframes, the key deliverable will include:
* Job profiling and job evaluation;
* One to one coaching and counselling
* Interviewing
* Re-deployment
This is an ideal opportunity for a commercial HR Generalist experienced in change management, redundancy and re-deployment. Previous experience in coaching and counselling are also highly essential. The role is based in Aldershot and is to start immediately on a full-time or part-time basis. The salary is up to £36,000 pro rata
