Background: One of the UKs most renowned immigration consultancy firms is currently seeking a Business Immigration Advisor to join their highly experienced team. Working on the account management side your role will be to provide immigration advice to a range of blue chip clients regarding the new points based system. This position provides the opportunity for you to go out and meet clients directly explaining through the changes in the points based system. To surmise this is a fantastic opportunity to work within one of the major players within UK immigration sector who could provide the next step for someone looking to develop their career within immigration. The Role: The responsibilities of a Business Immigration Advisor will include but are not limited to the following: ˇProvide main point of contact assistance to clients regarding work permit issues ˇLiaise with clients and assignees regarding full immigration process ˇProvide technical advice to clients, assignees and third party vendors regarding correct legislation ˇPrepare and submit work permit applications to government bodies ˇRegularly visiting client premises to provide advice and training on immigration issues The Person: The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the field of work permit applications. Account management experience is essential for this position as it is a very client orientated role and requires someone with direct hands on experience in this area. Candidates with previosu experience working at the Home Office would be preferable though not essential. Applicants with additional language skills would be preferable but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a niche area of law in a highly diverse organisation.
