Background:
One of the UK’s most renowned immigration consultancy firms is currently seeking a Corporate Immigration Consultant to join their highly experienced team. Working on the account management side your role will be to provide immigration advice to a range of blue chip clients on work permit applications. This position provides the opportunity for you to go out and meet clients directly explaining through the changes in the points based system. To surmise this is a fantastic opportunity to work within one of the major players within UK immigration sector who could provide the next step for someone looking to develop their career within immigration.
The Role:
The responsibilities of a Corporate Immigration Consultant will include but are not limited to the following:
·Provide main point of contact assistance to clients regarding work permit issues
·Liaise with clients and assignees regarding full immigration process
·Provide technical advice to clients, assignees and third party vendors regarding correct legislation
·Prepare and submit work permit applications to government bodies
·Regularly visiting client premises to provide advice and training on immigration issues
The Person:
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the field of work permit applications. Account management experience is essential for this position as it is a very client orientated role and requires someone with direct hands on experience in this area. A candidate who is registered with the OISC who has kept up to date with the points based system would be ideal. Applicants with additional language skills would be preferable but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a niche area of law in a highly diverse organisation.
