Associate Director - HR Consulting

Worldwide Human Capital, an established offshore HRO service provider and part of The Dominion Fiduciary Services Group, wishes to appoint an experienced, qualified HR professional as a fee-earning HR Consultant.
Using our established business model, you will set up, develop and market a profitable onshore HRO offering to UK-based high value financial services firms, based on qualified introductions from both internal sources and third party advisors. Thereafter you will manage those engagements on a profitable basis.
To your clients, you will be the source of expert advice on a range of HR matters including: employment law, HR policy, recruitment and retention, reward and performance management.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
*Proven communication and relationship-building skills
*Solid commercial acumen
*Self motivation with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service
*A high degree of knowledge across all HR disciplines
*The ability to provide high level cover for the HRO Client Service Director, involving occasional travel to Jersey
A background in generalist HR management gained within HR Consulting, Professional Services, or the London Financial Services sector would be a distinct advantage.
