Job Description
The Global HRAdvisor supports Departments within Fixed Income Markets. The primary focus of the Global HRAdvisor role will be to provide the UK Business with support in dealing with recruitment, performance management and employee relations solutions under the guidance of the Global HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Liaise with Recruitment Manager, Global HR Manager and Global Business Managers to establish recruitment needs.
Ensure the global database is accurate and up to date with regard to current headcount, joiners, leavers etc.
Advise management on global and local budgets and available headcount.
Ensure industry benchmarking data (McLagan) is communicated to the relevant manager, also taking internal benchmarks into account.
Interview senior candidates, provide interview notes and advise management on recruitment issues.
New Joiners / Transfers In
Oversee the inputting of new joiners into the HR system, Oracle.
Oversee the Employee induction process and if necessary, conduct individual or group induction meetings.
Assist employees to obtain work permits/visas, when necess
Our client is looking for an HR Advisor who is CIPD qualified and who has previously worked in an investment bank in their front office. You will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. A French speaker is desirable.

£40000-£45000 plus bonus and benefits
