Our client is large international organisation operating within business process outsourcing space. Due to a rapid period of sustained growth across the EMEA region, they are looking for a dedicated HR Bids Consultant to join part of their HR and commercial team.
In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting the commercial team and manage the people aspects associated with outsouring opportunities from end-to-end. Working with clients across a variety of industry sectors you will be responsible for developing bid solutions, cost modelling, identifying HR implications and risks and negotiating HR schedules. You will then be presenting bids to clients across the UK and managing the transformation and mobilisation piece associated with successful bids in conjunction with the HR team. This will involve managing TUPE transfers and union negotiations and communications strategies.
The ideal candidate will have significant HR experience, together with specific expertise in preparing and managing HR bids within a commercial environment.
