Our client is one of the leading providers in outsourcing solutions across IT, payroll, reward and HR. They are looking to recruit a regional HR Consultant to manage some of their key client relationships within the South East region (around the M25 region) to cover an initial 6 month secondment with the possibility of an extension.
You will be working with a variety of clients within the private and commercial sectors and will be responsible for providing high-level, professional HR support and advice. This is an enormously varied role and you could be involved in projects related to employee relations, OD, Learning and Development and Reward across a range of sectors.
You can either be based out of the offices in North London, or from home but will require regular travel to sites around central London and the M25 region.
You will need to possess broad generalist experience gained within commercial environments, and ideally a recognised HR qualification. More importantly you will have the communication skills and credibility to build and develop relationships with clients and manage projects on your own initiative.
This is an excellent opportunity perform a very varied role and work with some interesting organisations with a lot of autonomy.
