The successful candidate will within this Financial Servicesorganisation be responsible foraiding the business to meet key objectives through the innovative use of their human resource, by leading, participating in and contributing to a variety of project based assignments. The Hr Consultant - Comp & Bens will identify proactively areas where HR can add value, to adopt a business approach to HR issues and recommend appropriate actions.
The successful HR Consultant - Comp& Bens will have sound knowledge of working in a complex business or consultancy environment. The individual will haveProject managementexpertise anda track recordin diagnosing and solving problems. Furthermore,you must havea backgroundof coaching and developing people, Flexibility and change orientationandthe ability to work in a new and adapting matrix based structure with a large volume of high priority tasks.

£35000 - £40000 plus benefits
