Our client is a fantastic, flat structure, meritocratic investment bank based in the City of London looking to recruit a generalist HR consultant.
The successful candidate will have primary HR management responsibility with two other HR Consultants for the entire Private Banking c.250 clients. With one direct report this role will include managing all recruitment needs, acting as an advisor on ER issues (covering performance management issues and grievance/ disciplinary advisory) amongst various generalist HR duties including liaison with the Compliance department for Training and Competency purposes. This role excludes any HR operation aspects, including benefits review, payroll or pension management.
The ideal candidate will have significant HR FS experience including strong ER knowledge and experience conducting competency based interviews, be CIPD qualified/ part qualified and have outstanding communication skills.
