HR Insight acts as the outsourced HR function for a diverse range of employers. As a Consultant joining our team, you will be providing practical advice and support to our clients on employment and performance issues that arise in their organisations, both on the telephone and on site, and assisting on HR Projects. You will need to have a good working knowledge of employment law, be familiar with hands-on HR procedures and have a strong commercial understanding of business issues. You will be able to develop strong business relationships with our clients and want a consultancy position that offers variety in dealing with a wide range of employment issues and projects. Consultants required for Romford, New Maldon, Redhill & Hayes.
