Job Description

Manage and participate in projects, change programmes, HR and organisational initiatives across the full spectrum of HR and business activities.
Effectively provide high quality HR activity.
Successfully deliver tailor made business solutions.
Effectively measure HR activity and value add utilising MI, customer feedback and tracking mechanisms. Engage stakeholders (HR team, specialists, business etc) in support of initiatives Solid exposure to working in an HR department, ideally in a financial services or FMCG sector.
Previous exposure to a variety of projects
Sound exposure to liaising with senior members of the firm
