This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to join this global management consultancy.

Working as a consultant in this practise will provide you with the opportunity to work on projects covering a wide variety of areas across the HR spectrum in a variety of industries, organisations and sectors.
This role will provide you with intense professional development and as much stretch as you need to put your skills into action, learn and progress.
The role
The type of work that you might get involved will include:
· Project managing teams of consultants and / or client team members in the delivery of solutions to clients such as: Working with the client’s HR department and related teams to analyse, design and roll-out key HR processes and systems. Delivering people solutions to business problems as part of a major business transformation, or specialised pieces of work such as implementing a new performance management framework
· Developing client relationships with both existing and new clients
· Develop both thought leadership points of view and new service offerings to differentiate the client in the marketplace
The Person
· Proven experience of working in a HR-related environment gained from a consulting role within a consultancy or advisory firm
· Experience in two or more of the following areas;
i) HR Business Partnering
ii) Shared Services
iii) HR Operating Model
iv) Talent Management
v) L&D
vi) Organisation Development
vii) Business Process Re-engineering
viii) HR system implementation
ix) Performance Management
· A proven track record of business development
· Experience of people management and management of large workstreams and projects
· Evidence of rapid career progression
· A degree level education and CIPD or equivalent qualification (or currently studying)
You will need to be fully flexible in terms of assignment location as these roles may involve periods of time away from home during the week at short notice.
