Our client is a major player in the international professional services and management consultancy field with a population in excess of 18,000 across the UK. Based in London this role will be a external / client facing consultant who will provide Change management / Organisation Design / HR Strategy advice to the Public Sector particularly to Healthcare institutions. The role requires some one with a Degree plus experience of HR operational and advisory work within the health and/or local government sectors. The right person will be Qualified CIPD or part qualified. A working knowledge is preferred for all of the following, with specialist knowledge in at least two areas: Reward; Resourcing and re-shaping workforces (Recruitment, Retention, Redundancy, Relocation); Organisational Development; Training and Development Employee Relations (Individual); Employee Relations (Collective); Flexible Working and Working Time; HR Compliance - Employment law, policies and procedures; HR Strategy. This role could be based in London although the individual would be expected to travel. Other base locations may be considered.
