My East Midlands based NHS Trust are looking to appoint an interim ESR Implementation Project Consultant to join them on an initial 1 - 3 month contract. The successful candidate will be an experienced ESR implementation professional with experience gained within an NHS environment. Key responsibilities are: ESR Client training Ad-hoc report writing within the Oracle Discoverer Tool ESR local document development Absence reporting and data analysis Workforce scorecard development Recruitment systems gap analysis Self Service System demonstration for Line Managers Roll out of Oracle Learning Module for Staff & Managers Essential: NHS experience Hands on ESR and ESR training experience If you are interested in this role please contact Ian on (phone number removed)
