I have an opportunity for a versatile Interim HR Consultant to join a large complex organisation currently going through a radical change programme.
• You will be flexible in the projects and areas of responsibility that you take on, which will be a mix of strategic and operational, project work and day to day generalist HR.
• You will handle the key messages or communications for the Change Programme from a HR perspective.
• You must have worked in a Central Government organisation in a similar post as your ability to manage complex stakeholder interdependencies between stakeholders is crucial.
• The successful candidate will be well presented, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.
• You will also be CIPD qualified.
You must be security cleared to a minimum of BC(E) level to apply for this role.
