My client is looking to find a discreet and tactful senior HR professional to carry out a specific project within their organisation.
You will carry out an operational review of the HR service to the organisation, assessing the effectiveness of the HR processes & procedures as well as the technical knowledge of the team.
You will report to the HR Director, and as such will be working closely on your findings and implementing suggestions for improvement.
You must have experience of working within the NHS.
