Job Ref: AS/20132/IA Package: c£20-30,000.00 + Benefits Location: London Job type: International Assignment / Global Mobility / Expat Assistant Consultant Position type: Permanent Hours: Full-time Contact name: Andy Shaw Contact Company: JAM Global Mobility The Background: Reporting to the International Assignments Manager this global services organisation is actively seeking an addition to their International Assignments Team. Responsible for supporting a team of International Assignment Consultants covering all expatriate assignee needs from start to finish. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the following IA duties: Calculate allowances, deductions and benefits in accordance with each client's pre-determined policy Prepare cost estimates Prepare balance sheets Prepare assignment letters and contracts Prepare payroll calculations and instructions Co-ordinate relocation services such as shipping, home search etc ... Co-ordinate tax, immigration and social security services Maintain databases Reporting Billing The Person: The successful candidate will have previous experience of: international assignments, expatriate management or global mobility issues. Applicants will have a basic understanding of the assignment life cycle and the associated issues from start to finish. Applicants with any additional knowledge of expatriate compensation, payroll or taxation methodologies would be desirable.
