Working as an Immigration Specialist, you will provide main point of contact service to a wide variety of clients in regards to all areas of immigration, asylum and nationality law. The Role: Youre responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: -Provide main point of contact service to clients regarding a range of immigration, asylum and nationality matters. -Draft applications directly with the Home Office. -Provide advice and support to staff members regarding applications process -Working closely with clients in regards to appeal applications. -Other Ad hoc projects The Person: You will hold good strong experience within the immigration, asylum and nationality field. LSC level 2 accreditation is essential, as you will be managing a highly varied caseload within the aforementioned fields. Candidates who are not qualified Solicitors but hold the LSC accreditation will also be considered.
