My client provides a wide range of management consultancy and professional services from strategy formulation through programme and project management to the major public sector departments as well as FTSE 350 organisations. With a growing Organisational Change / HR Development Practice, they advise blue-chip organisations on:
· Building and supporting teams
· Creating or restructuring organisations
· Leadership development
· Culture change
· Re-energising HR Strategies
· Reward strategies
· Talent assessment
· Coaching
The main focus of the role is to develop new business proactively through networking, relationship building and contribution to marketing events and to lead the process of Tender response & sales presentations to secure work. The successful candidate will secure and lead a team on projects with clients at Director and senior management level in the delivery of projects & contribute to the development of the thinking and of products and services of the Organisation Development team.
You will have:
· Consultancy experience of at 7 to 10 years working in OD/HR related areas
· Proven Business development and sales experience in OD/HR areas selling significant projects (£100k+ per project, Clients Values of £350K+) to Blue Chip organisations or major Public Sector bodies.
· Proven expertise in two or more of:
o Leadership Development
o Assessment
o Culture Change
o Reward and Performance Management
o Organisation restructuring
o Process Re-engineering
o Board/Senior level facilitation
Key tasks and Objectives:
· To develop new business through networking, relationship building and contribution to marketing events.
· To lead Tender responses and sales presentations
· To secure a strong pipeline of business for the practice
· To secure and lead a team on projects with clients at Director and Senior Management level
· To contribute to the development of the thinking and development of products and services of the Organisation Development team.
· To support the Director of OD in business planning, financial management and people development
