A leading brand and product development consultancy seeking a senior consultant to work on employee engagement and OD projects.
This organisation is an entrepreneurial, collaborative and creative environment. The HR Consulting division is a recent addition to their services and one that has excellent growth and development potential. Senior Consultants will have the opportunity to shape and lead the development of this practice as well as work on interesting and diverse client projects.
We are looking for individuals who understand business, are quick-thinking and enjoy a challenging and fast-paced environment. You should be able to manage multiple clients, be an experienced facilitator and a very strong facilitator and leader.
