Do you have a proven track record in project delivery around Oracle (v11i)? Are you seeking an opportunity with global responsibilities working within a large HR Systems department? The Background Global engineering organisation is currently seeking to recruit an experience transformation professional to lead and support key change initiatives around their Oracle HR system. Within this challenging global role, you will be responsible for effective and timely project delivery working on a variety of modular activity. The Responsibilities Reporting directly into the HR Systems Manager and within a team of 7 supporting c10,000 employees globally, you will take ownership of in-house expert responsibilities around Oracle HR. Due to the ever changing landscape of this fast moving organisation, you will be responsible for project managing key implementation activity including Oracle HR, e-Learning, e-Recruitment, Self Service and Oracle Discoverer. You will work with global business groups and key stakeholders to understand need and requirements; you will then put this into techno/functional specifications that will then be developed. Other key Oracle HR change initiatives will help to comprise the core responsibilities of this exciting opportunity. The Professional A strong Oracle HR consultant with a strong modular background (Oracle Discoverer, e-Learning, e-Recruitment, etc) and strong experience of the implementation life cycle is required to fulfil the needs of this challenging role. A value adding professional with an analytical approach and the ability to work to tight deadlines will offer the organisation an excellent level of service. You will be a strong team player, with a passion for system change and the ability to transform HRIS landscapes.
