Workforce productivity improvement individuals are sought to join this award-winning team of HR consultnats working for a leading management consultancy setting the agenda in HR consulting. If you have experience of workforce planning and would like to apply it in a consulting environment - we would like to hear from you. You do not need to have consulting experience; you will however need to understanding how to assess the current workforce and model future supply and demand scenarios; evidence of writing and developing workforce plans, frameworks and strategies, an understanding of relevant systems and tools that support workforce planning and management, an understanding of a broad range of HR issues that impact on workforce strategy (e.g. reward, career management, employment terms & conditions), experience in managing relationships at senior levels in your organisation and delivering to key stakeholders in the business as well as experience of working on projects for large organisations with a diverse workforce.
