Job Description
This North East organisation is looking for a first class generalist HR Advisor to manage the HR administrative function and play a crucial rolewithin the thriving department. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be the main point of contact for employees and their queries and be involved the following:
• Recruitment
• New starter introductions and contract management
• Maintaining the HR database
• Dealing with payrolland pension changes accurately and timely
• Answering questions on maternity and paternity entitlements
• Producing management information reports
• Looking at monitoring long term absence
• Support HR Business Partners in Disciplinary and Grievance issues
• Undertaking new work for managers as required including projects on absence and equal opportunities statistics
• Furthering your own personal development on a continuous basis
You will be an enthusiastic team player who can prioritise and manage your own workload efficiently and meet tight deadlines. You will be CIPD/part CIPD qualified and have a solid grasp of generalist HR with strong organisational ability.
