Job Description
As an experienced HR Advisor as part of a large team you will help this organisation develop its recruitment and selection policy whilst training and delivering it to current and future employees. You will also work on the organisations internal recruitment processes in order to develop good relationships with members of staff as well as making sure the organisation continues to remain a leader in its field.
Your other responsibilities will include:
Day to day HR duties within the team and business.
Liaise with other members of the HR team in order to grow and develop corporate initiatives.
You will be a strong character that can work well as part of a team and adapt easily to the new culture of the business. Having worked at an Advisor or Senior Advisor level previously you will have the knowledge and understanding to be able to come in and hit the ground running making the role your own quickly and effectively showing proven results.
As well you will possess the following qualities:
Experience in recruiting at all levels from junior staff to senior management.
A good HR Generalist background.
CIPD qualified.
Strong numerical and communication skills.
Experience within the public sector is preferable but by no means essential.
