Employee Management Ltd is an established HR consultancy providing a range of HR support services to organisations across all market sectors in the UK. Operating from our base just off the M6 near Haydock, we are a team of experienced and qualified HR professionals who possess a customer-focused, commercial approach aimed at delivering practical HR solutions to our clients. Our principal services include employment law advice, contractual documentation, employment tribunal case management and representation, HR project management support, dispute resolution, recruitment and training.
We currently have an excellent development opportunity for someone with at least one year's work experience in a generalist HR role and a good basic knowledge of employment legislation, policies and procedures. Working alongside our existing team of experienced consultants the successful applicant would gain exposure to a wide range of HR issues across a variety of industry sectors. Essential qualities include excellent communication skills and a can do' approach. CIPD qualified or studying towards the qualification is also essential.
