Job Description
The role is a generalist role and has come about due to promotion within the hr department. The role will support the head office in Cheshire as well as other UK sites as and when required. The key demands of the role are:
Support both the manufacturing and office based employees with ER related queries.
Working with managementto determine requirements and provide support including the full generalist remit.
Introduce new policies and procedures across the business and ensure these are utilised effectively.
Work on special ad hoc UK projects
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
Exposure to a generalist HR role
Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and employee relations
Ideally an understanding of a manufacturing environment
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to work both as part of and independently of a team
