Employee Management Ltdis an HR Consultancy providing practical solutions on all aspects of HR management to blue chip clients throughout the UK. We add value to our clients' existing internal staff - by way of providing specialist advice or ad hoc project management support. Operating from our base just off the M6 near Haydock, we are a team of dedicated and professionally qualified consultants who possess a customer-focussed, commercial approach aimed at delivering practical HR solutions to our clients.Typical assignments include managing redundancy/re-organisation programmes, dispute resolution, TUPE due diligence support, tribunal representation etc.

An excellent opportunity now exists for an HR Consultant to join our thriving consultancy.  Applicants must have:

• Excellent communication and commercial skills;
• Up to date knowledge of Employment Law
• "Hands on" experience of resolving HR issues, managing projects and/or tribunal representation;
• Abitlity to originate and evaluate contracts, policies and procedures;
• Flexibility, good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team

 Membership of CIPD is essential.
