Job Description
Reporting to the HR Manager, this challenging and rewarding HR Officer post offers the opportunity to engage in a position that will cover the full remit of generalist HR responsibilities. The successful candidate will engage in a number of crucial HR areas, most notably the employee relations dimension to this capacity which will be where the focus. The role will also require:
• Building relationships and negotiatingwith on site Trade Union representatives
• A full understanding of Employee relations and Industrial relations
My client is looking for a CIPD qualified or part qualified HR professional with a generalist background.
Previous exposure to working within a unionised environment and proven experience of dealing with complex ER issues is essential.
You will be a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills
