Job Description
The main purpose of this role is to undertake all HR support on the site and act as an advisor to managers and staff regarding the correct implementation of policy and procedures. You will work as part of a largeHR team, providing support as required by the HR Manager. Some of the main duties are as follows;
- Complete management of the Recruitment process - including interviewing / selection (must be present at all interviews)
- To act as first point of contact for individual/site welfare issues
- Advise managers on all HR procedures - disciplinary, grievance, absence control etc. (must be present at all discipline/grievance meetings held with staff)
We are looking for someone who is immediately available with the confidence to hit the ground running in a fast paced, highly unionised manufacturing environment.
My client is well known within their industry
Circa £26K or up to £15 per hour
