Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to support theHR team by providing a full range of HR services to a client base of approximately 1000 employees. As the Interim Human Resources Advisor, you will take responsibility for a number key areas including:
Employee Relations - including the management of grievance and disciplinary matters
Performance Management - the implementation of performance management and delivery to managers and staff
Talent & Team Management - oversee the work load and act as a performance manager
Salary & Promotion Review - undertake mid year and annual salary reviews and liaise with colleagues regarding promotional decisions
Resource Management - ensure recruitment processes are delivered and successfully reviewed
Absence Management - Manage short term sick analysis and handle long term cases
You must be a skilled HR generalist, ideally CIPD qualified / part qualified (or equivalent). You must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Team player with excellent organisational skills.
Able to take ownership and use initiative to resolve problems.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Ability to deal effectively and establish rapport with people at all levels.
Ability to exercise appropriate level of judgement.
Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure with a flexible approach.
Good working knowledge of HRIS, SAP for preference.
