As the Interim Human Resources Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an effective HR Service and provide relevant advice, support and guidance on a range of HR issues and be an effective team player who contributes to the success of the HR function. Key responsibilities and duties will include;Trade Union Consultations, Discipline, Grievances, Employee Performance, Redeployment, Job evaluation, Attendance Management and the Development of policies and strategies
The successful candidate will have worked previously in a HR Consultant/Advisor capacity. You must have sound employment law knowledge, the ability to think in creative and innovative ways, demonstrate project management skills and be strong interpersonally.
