Job Description
This is the perfect opportunity for HR Professionals who strive on working within a fast- paced, high impact and high energy organisation. As the Interim Senior Human Resources Advisor, you will report into the HR Business Partner, providing an efficient, effective and proactive HR Service to both managers and employees. Key responsibilities will involve providing advice and guidance to managers on all employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievances and absence management; Oversee the starter and leaver process; Liaise with the L&D and Comp and Bens team; Develop the HR Advisor and the wider HR team; Undertake job evaluation exercises when required and attend management meetings and continueto pushand develop HR best practice across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have worked previously in a fast paced, changing environment and be used to working to deadlines. This role will suit those who are commercially driven, focused and ambitious.Strong technical skills coupled with excellent interpersonally skills are imperative together with previous experience of managing/supervisinga team(s)
You must be immediately available for interview and start.

Up to £35,000 depending on experience
