Job Reference: 19835 Job Type: HR & Payroll Systems Consultant Package: c£30-38,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits Location: Nottingham Position Type: Permanent Contact Name: Chris Pearson Contact Company: JAM HR Systems The Background Pioneering technology outsourcing organisation with a fantastic reputation in HR & Payroll software solutions is currently seeking to recruit a HR & Payroll Software Consultant to deliver an implementation and transformation service to their client base. This is a field-based position and will require an element of UK travel. The Responsibilities Working within a stand-alone position and acting as a client-facing ambassador for this organisation, you will lead the entire functional life cycle of implementation or change related projects. Working from business analysis stage, you will work with the client to understand business need and to design functional specification to help realise their ambition for a HR & Payroll system. You will agree on project milestones, timelines and budgets with the client, ensuring that they are fully briefed on the project throughout. Supporting the client through any period of change will remain a priority, although there will be instances where you will have to support clients on the product following hand over. You will maintain relationships with clients throughout their experience with the product, as you will also be responsible for system and module upgrades. You may also be required to assist and support on any other issues related to change (customisation, system education, etc). The Professional The successful candidate will be an experienced HR systems professional with the skills to cope with client facing transformation change projects. You will have a passion for client facing system issues and have the skills and experience to advise on implementation processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with the adaptability to meet different working cultures and have excellent customer service skills, you will have had exposure to varying HR Information Systems related projects. You must also be willing to travel, as UK client visits will sometimes be required.
