Sf Group was established in 1997, and now employs more than 100 recruitment consultants who specialise in Financial and Human Resources recruitment. Founded in the Midlands, we have grown to a network of 19 offices. Due to the growth of the company we have opportunities for Recruitment Consultants. You will be ambitious, motivated and have 12 months B2B sales experience. You will be required to maintain existing client portfolios, develop new client relationships and manage the full recruitment process. Driving licence and UK work permit is required. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will benefit from the best uncapped commission structure in the industry, which is why last years top billing consultant earned £175k. Other company benefits include £5k car allowance (£10k for consistently high performers), fully expensed fuel card, 25 days holiday, mobile phone and systems access from home. Every recruitment consultant joining sf group without recruitment experience will go on a two month intensive induction course, incorporating workshops and advanced training, which is designed to fast track them to success.
