HR Consultant Oxford - salary c.£36,000 plus car/car allowance and benefits Ref 5718
We have registered an exciting opportunity for someone to step into a key role within a large Oxfordshire employer.
The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive HR service covering employee relations, reward, talent management, recruitment and support for executive recruitment to a high profile and diverse client base. You will also be involved in change management and participate in strategic projects relating to international assignments.
This is a highly visible role and a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to develop their career due to the opportunities for progression in this role. You will need to be a strong networker with excellent influencing skilled and confident enough to deal with people at a very senior level. You will understand complex business issues and have a robust manner. This role is a great springboard for further development within the company.
