My client, a leading provider of outsourced services to a wide customer base, is currently looking to recruit a talented Senior HR consultant to offer a wide variety of HR support to the other businesses they work with.
A highly-successful and motivated business, they are looking for an equally passionate individual to offer:
- An all-round account management experience to key customers
- Project management of TUPE and change processes
- Resolution of and advice on employee relations issues
- Client management - consulting with/advising clients on best routes to achieve their goals, including budgetary issues
- "Managing" a small team of consultant within smaller clients to ensure a consistency of delivery
- Identifying potential new routes for business development to offer a wider solution to client organisations
As the successful candidate you will have prior experience of either project or line management, having delivered HR services to a multi-site environment. Your HR experience will be taken from a variety of business sectors and you will be able to demonstrate adaptability in your skills. CIPD qualified, you will have strong business acumen and be able to identify potential for developing my client's business stream through bolstering excellent relationships with new/existing organisations. Knowledge of PRINCE2 principles and strong coaching skills would also stand you in excellent stead.
