The Background:

Multi national blue chip organisation is actively seeking new inspiration to join their global mobility team. A fantastic in house opportunity to work as an advisor helping expatriates through the assignment lifecycle. Based in the Middlesex area, this role offers a varied workload working within this employer of choice.


The Role:

The responsibilities of a Global Mobility Advisor include but are not limited to the following:

Day to day expatriate contact, dealing with any questions or queries regarding relocation and the inherent challenges

Liaison with external third party providers and internal business units

Repatriation of expatriates returning to the UK

Provide guidance on relocation and compensation policy to both assignees and internal managers

Ad hoc expatriate administration


The Person:

The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: international assignments, global mobility or expatriate management issues. Applicants will have a good knowledge of the assignment lifecycle to provide professional advice to both assignees and internal business units. Any additional exposure to compensation policy advice would be preferable but not essential. To surmise this is a one off opportunity to work in-house for a FTSE 100 company providing a professional and effective international assignment service.
