Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this is a newly created position within the non-Retail client group of this large Financial Services organisation in Bournemouth. This is a fully generalist position as a key component of your client group however this role has a focus on change management, management development and delivering the HR strategy. There is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR career within a highly respected HR function and have the ability to experience a number of different HR projects going forward. There is occasional travel this role to two other sites in the South of England but this ion a case by case basis.
Our client is looking for a current HR Advisor/Officer with experience across the generalist spectrum preferably within a fast paced environment. You should be CIPD qualified or at least studying towards the qualification with demonstrable experience of dealing with hands on HR issues. You will be an excellent communicator, keen to get stuck in and the possessing the drive to make a difference.
Our client is a leading F/S organisation.
£25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and benefits.
