HR Consultant / HR Manager
Home Based - Predominately Covering South-East Area

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Consultant to join them to ensure the delivery of HR expertise to their clients in line with best practise and adhering to all current legislation. Within this role, you will manage and implement client consulting projects working predominantly on sole projects delivering HR Consultancy.
Working closely with senior management to develop and implement medium to long-term HR solutions aligned to their clients' business strategies, you will also advise clients on personnel policy issues and changes in HR Law. Responsible for Change Management delivery, you will strive to make improvements to HR processes at every opportunity. You will develop and deliver workshops in a number of HR areas, including Performance Management and Absence Management. Providing pre-sales input to bids relating to HR services, you will also deliver HR Health checks and conduct HR audits.
Our client are looking for a self-motivated and committed HR professional with the drive and passion to make this challenging and rewarding role a success. With extensive HR experience or HR Consultancy experience, you will be CIPD qualified or part qualified. With the ability to work on your own initiative, you will have a methodical approach with excellent organisational skills. You will be an excellent communicator with the confidence to liaise with people at all levels. The nature of this role requires the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities in order to drive business through to the sales team.
