Job Description

Our client, based in Oxford is looking for an HR Officer to complete the following duties:
Advise on the firm's HR policies and practices.
Acts as afirst point of contact for employee queries and issues.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and plans.
Provide support to the recruitment function. The successful HR Officer will require the following qualities:
A generalist background.
Up to date knowledge of employee law.
An ability to be able to work with senior management.
Exposure to the recruitment process.
CIPD is preferred, but not necessary. Our client is a leading financial and business adviser based in Oxford. 3 months. Circa £17 per hour. Michael Page International is a world leading recruitment consultancy.
