Job Description
Working as part of the wider HR group based in Croydon, the Human Resources Officer will be responsible for a broad range of HR generalist responsibilities including:
*Employee relations - be the first point of contact for all line managers
*Policies - ensuring all internal policies are reviewed and updated.
*Recruitment - advise on recruitment processes and get involved with interviews
*Training - design and deliver of all internal sessions
*all HR Systems updating
Further, you will undertake and complete a broad range of ad-hoc projects with the Irish offices.
Degree or CIPD qualified, the successful Human Resources Officer will have held a similar HR generalist role in the past. You will possess experience:
*advising and guiding line managers on all aspects of HR
*of employment legislation
*in designing and delivering training sessions.
Further, you will possess excellent relationship building skills, the ability to influence at all levels, the ability to work to tight deadlines and a passion for HR.
