Reporting in to the HR Consultancy Operations Manager your key accountabilities will be to:-
To define and managed the delivery of specific projects on behalf of clients.
To act as account manager to smaller clients.
To deliver projects and HR Services to clients.
To develop potential and existing clients.
To manage and develop project teams and consultants.
To undertake continuous professional development.
You should be of graduate calibre with a strong HR Generalist skill set. You must be CIPD Qualified and be happy to work on a project basis. Excellent communication skills and an ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally . Our client is leading Business Services company. Competitive package.
