As a result of a restructure a recently created role for an Employee Relations Advisor has arisen. Reporting to the HR Business Partner for the region, you will oversee all ER activity and formulate workable resolutions for the operation.
Key accountabilities will include:
Senior stakeholder engagement.
Lead on complex and high level disciplinaries and grievances.
Engagement with policy team to establish or review policy and procedure.
Reduction of sickness, absence and turnover for your region.
Manipulation of key data support KPI activity.
Coaching line on process, policy and procedure.
Line management of HR Assistant. To be considered, you will have a solid background in employment law and legislation. Experience of not only leading on complex cases but show examples of developing workable solutions to reduce sickness and absence is essential.
You will have coached and led from the front on various projects and as such you will comfortable operating in an autonomous capacity.
Experience of working in a multi site retailer previously would be an advantage. Leading retailer with over 8000 employees. Up to 32k plus car. Michael Page International is a world leading recruitment consultancy.
