Job Description

Reporting to the Head Of Human Resources and to be based in Gloucestershire, the main purpose of the role is to provide a Permanent and Fixed Term contract recruitment service to the business, as well as providing guidance and solutions to Employee Relations issues. The HR Advisor will work Part Time ona 2 day week basis, taking responsibility for the following;
• Attraction of candidates in accordance with PSL arrangements or with the use of advertising etc
• Arranging and attending interviews as required
• Taking Exit Interviews
• Produce and oversee offer letters
• Assist with production of job descriptions as required
• Assist Head of HR in delivering a professional personnel service to Directors
The ideal candidate will possess the following key competencies;
• CIPD
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record in delivering key projects
• Employee Relations knowledge Our client is a leading provider of Financial Services throughout the UK. £150 per day
