Job Description
The Interim HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting the existing team, providing generalist support to the line managers and department heads. The focus of work in the interim will be Employee Relations; handling disciplinaries and sickness absence. You may be involved with project work as appropriate.
The successful applicant will be able to start almost immediately and will demonstrate the following experiences;
Previous experience in a HR Advisor role, ideally within a public sector setting
Able to confidently advise on ER issues
Able to work well within a team environment
Ability to manage your own time and work autonomously where required.
Our Client is a well respected Public sector Employer in Bristol.
£16-19 per hour
6 month contract
